  • Is there an age limit?
    We generally ask all attendees to be 18+. However, our coaches are all Leadership in Running Fitness (LiRF) accredited and have a DBS check alongside this qualification, therefore we have a Mafia Moves Next Gen session to support our younger runners.   • I can't make every session
    No worries, you don't need to come to every session to join us. Just come when you can.
  • I've never ran before, can I join Mafia Moves?
    Of course! We would love to support you on your running journey!
  • I run at another running club, can I still come.
    No. We're kidding - we welcome people from different running clubs all the time! We're a running CREW not a club!
  • Does it cost any money to join Mafia Moves?
    No, it's completely free. All coaches & committee team members volunteer their time. Occasionally we get race invitations, these can range from completely free to a fee. If money is a barrier, please get in touch with us.
